I’ll soon start categorizing my Salt and Pepper Mills and they will all show here. 

The one to start with to the right is an ‘Etagere’ conversion (1 out of 3) of a Schiphol Control Tower Pepper Mill with Peugeot grinding mechanism. A limited series of those mills were produced in 2016 for the 25th anniversary of the tower.

Three of them were converted into ‘etageres’ to display finger-food (lunch) during a private gathering of the King of the Netherlands and his friends from the military at Schiphol airport in 2019.

I bought this one form the guy who prepared the lunch at that time.
